A never ending activity
How, Who, When, Where, Why
Pro Xpert as coordinator drawn a draft for the dissemination plan in the early stage of the project. It was discussed and completed with partners’ suggestions and recommendations and approved by them on the first transnational meeting. It was also periodically updated.
This document includes two pillars:
Internal dissemination
a. target group – each partner’s staff, members, voluntaries, other persons involved
b. dissemination objectives – promote the project objectives, activities, results, partners and EU funding at the internal level of partner organisations
c. expected results – all key persons informed about the project
External dissemination
Other public and private structures interested by the topic
a. target group – public institutions and authorities (ex. local administration – department responsible with adults’ education, social inclusion, migrants’/minorities’ issues, European projects etc;), public and private structures working in adults’ education (public and private universities – departments for adults’ education, public/private centres for adults’ education and lifelong learning, public/private centres for qualification – that also deliver programs for self development, improving adults’ key competencies – particularly at the level of migrants/ethnic minorities etc.), NGO-s and charity organizations working with migrants and minorities or on a wider scale, in supporting social inclusion of different marginalized adults etc.
b. dissemination objectives – promote the project objectives, activities, results, partners and EU funding at the external level of partner organizations – among public and private structure that could be directly interested in using our results, experiences and intellectual outputs

a. target group – local, regional and national communities of each partner’s organization
